FitSpot Gym Etiquette Notice
You MUST sign in at the reception using your unique QR code (assigned during registration via the FitSpot Gym app) upon arrival. You will not be permitted to use the gym without signing in.
All gym users are expected to adhere to our gym etiquette, which includes the following:
Dropping weights is strictly prohibited.
Return weights after use and leave equipment as you found it.
Use equipment correctly and consult trainers if you are unsure.
Clean surfaces after use using the disinfectant provided at the gym.
Keep personal belongings organised, and maintain overall cleanliness. Bags are not permitted in the gym area.
Share equipment during peak times and avoid reserving multiple pieces of equipment.
Wear appropriate, clean gym attire and suitable footwear at all times.
Respect others’ personal space, particularly during group workouts.
Arrive on time for sessions with instructors/trainers.
Refrain from leaving personal items in the gym area, changing rooms, or lockers; we are not responsible for any losses.
Food items are not allowed in the gym or studio.
Dispose of paper cups and litter in the provided bins.
Treat staff and fellow members with respect for an improved experience.
Report any injuries or incidents immediately to gym staff.
Do not allow others to use your membership.
Rules and Regulations
Membership must be paid or renewed before accessing gym facilities.
Refunds are not available once the membership has been activated by using the gym facilities.
Membership freezing is only allowed for 6-month and 12-month packages. Requests must be emailed to [email protected] at least seven (7) business days before the desired freeze date, specifying both the freeze start and reactivation dates. Billing will pause during the freeze period and resume automatically afterward, with the freeze period credited to the membership duration. Late requests may result in billing continuing without pause.
Membership payments must be made in full; instalments are not accepted.
FitSpot Gym Ltd is not liable for any personal property that is damaged, lost, or stolen while on or around FitSpot Gym Ltd premises, including, but not limited to, vehicles, their contents, or property left in lockers.
IMPORTANT:
FitSpot Gym Management reserves the right to exclude any member who fails to adhere to these gym etiquette rules or who, through their actions, pose a health and safety risk to others.
